This plant is a hybrid yellow variety which is vigorous plant, you will only really need 1 plant to keep you in courgettes through the summer. They are fairly thick skinned and a prolific plant. Pick the courgettes regularly through the season so they don't get too big and turn in to yellow marrows. They are particularly delicious eaten raw and make a great addition to any salad dish. Perfect simply tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
